The patterns are amazing and speak to me. As far as usefulness, it is light weight but no air gets through. Keeps you very comfy and holds your body heat. Just about an hour ago, I was trying to convince myself I needed another. The "fair trade PLUS" factor is very meaningful to me. Thank you.
