"Kantha" quilts are six layers of sari cloth, hand-stitched together by women in Bangladesh using a traditional kantha stitch.

All stitching is in white thread. There are variations in the patterns that show visibly through the indigo dye (as each piece of dyed cloth is unique). "Standard" indigo throws are less patterned.Other noticeable deviations are indicated.
Machine washable! Recommended: cold wash & flat or hang dry, or tumble on low. Indigo is colorfast.
