Sympathy Blanket Gift

Life's tough moments can leave us at a loss for how to share our support. Kate Bowler, author of Everything Happens for a Reason: And Other Lies I've Loved, shares the most comforting phrase she heard in her own times of crisis: "I'm so sorry that this is happening to you". Sharing sympathy for not only the generality of suffering, but the particularity of an individual’s experience, is deeply meaningful.

If you are also looking for a tangible gift to express your care & compassion, our one-of-a-kind sympathy blankets have offered comfort & warmth (both physical & metaphorical) to thousands of women.

Each of our hand-quilted throws is stitched by women survivors of exploitation in Bangladesh. They, too, have experienced hardship, vulnerability, and pain… and have found the beginning of hope. Each one of these sympathy blankets has redemption sewn into its fibres.
